Charter College in Anchorage, Alaska, opened its doors in 1985 as the first Charter College campus offering a high quality career education. The concept was to bring a unique style of higher education to the Anchorage community-a way to advance careers and expand opportunities without trapping students in a four-year program where they were required to study subjects that were not relevant to their career field. Today, Charter College has eleven on ground campuses in Alaska, Washington and California. We offer 30 different career-focused programs in a variety of fast-growing sectors. You'll find bachelor degree, associate degree and certificate programs in health care, business, information technology, criminal justice, law, and select vocational programs. All programs are carefully developed to provide career growth and employment opportunity. We currently opened our newest campus in Lynnwood, WA.
