Our Mission:

“To develop positive values that enrich the spirit, mind, and body by providing quality programming for all, with an emphasis on youth, in the Cheshire YMCA service area”

The Cheshire YMCA is proud to serve thousands of children annually with summer camp, heritage tours and outdoor programs for schools, community groups  and families. Last year we served youth from 29 states and 9 nations.

Despite Camp Takodah’s wide renown, we maintain a unique emphasis on serving locals, and take special pride in our collaborations with over 40 communities in Southwest New Hampshire’s Monadnock and Fall Mountain Regions. Our “neighborhood” covers Cheshire, Hillsborough, and Sullivan Counties.
