We are returning for our 4th year at the Carroll County Farmer's Market at the Agricultural Center, and are offering CSA memberships. We will offer 30 memberships, with 3 different options, for 2011. The season will run roughly from June 1st through September 15. We offer several varieties of heirloom vegetables in addition to proven hybrids, and this year expect to offer some soft fruits such as blueberries and strawberries

We intend to offer a wide range of organically grown spring greens and vegetables, such as lettuces, spring onions, sugar snap peas, spinach, sprouts, turnips, broccoli, cabbage, and beets. We will then follow through to summer with strawberries, blueberries, peppers, tomatoes (several varieties), beans (several varieties), potatoes, squash, more beets, more turnips, Brussels sprouts, eggplant, carrots, sweet corn, cucumbers, more onions, melons, winter squash and more!.

We also expect to offer sunflowers, other cut flowers and a variety of herbs. There may be bonus contents including fresh fruit and baked goods (organic ingredients).

Chestnut Creek Farm  (Wed Fri)
Members can pre-arrange to pick up their shares evenings between 7 and 9 p.m. at our farm, located on Baker Road, 8 miles south of Westminster off Route 27. This will be the only pick up point prior to the start of the Farmer's Market (mid-June), or after the close of the Farmer's Market (first Saturday in September)
