Sample list of produce includes: farm fresh eggs (blue and brown), green beans, collard greens, swiss chard, tomatoes, lettuce, peppers (hot and sweet), squash, blueberries, blackberries, cucumbers, cilantro, french tarragon, chives, horseradish. A sample box will contain about 7-8 items. Weekly sample could include: 1/2 dz eggs, 2 cucumbers, 4 tomatoes or 1pt cheery tomatoes, 1 pt green beans, 2 pepper (combination), 1 bunch of herbs, 1 pt fruit contingent on season.

We are a small family farm located in East Windsor, CT. We have free range hens, sheep and goats. We primarily sell farm fresh eggs and produce. We are looking for those interested in joining our CSA (Community Support Agriculture) for the coming year. Eggs are available primarily from early spring to early winter. Large scale, commercial farms are always taking short cuts to bring you your food. They use farming techniques that often lead to consumer recalls of their products.
