Children's Bible Fellowship of New York, Inc.(CBF) was officially founded in June of 1943 by Rev. Winfield F. Ruelke (also know as Uncle Win) and his family when God called him into a faith ministry to share the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. Today CBF ministers to youth and people of all ages with disabilities. We do this through multiple programs such as our:

• City Ministry
  • Mentor & Me Saturday Club
  • After School Program
• Camp Ministry
  • Camp Joy (for inner city youth)
  • Camp Hope (for people of all ages with disabilities)
  • Snow Camps
• Seasonal Retreats
• And More

Our goal is to disciple those we minister to so they will grow in their knowledge of Christ, because we believe they are valuable in God's eyes.
