The Southwest Council of the Chopin Foundation of the United States is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to the support of the young generation of American pianists pursuing their studies and careers in the realm of classical piano. Our main focus is centered on the musical legacy of Frederic Chopin - its historic significance, creative implications, and a place in modern society.  We will aim through our concerts, recitals, competitions, and other forms of activity to attract wide circles of participants and audiences to classical music and Chopin in particular.
