Chowan Arts Council is a member supported, non-profit organization whose mission is to sponsor, encourage and create opportunities for the participation in and appreciation of the visual and performing arts in Chowan County. Your Community Arts Center provides a forum for display and performance of art, encourages local artistic expression and fosters community participation through the arts. CAC looks forward to the future with hope and expectations for growth in the areas of outreach programs for children and adults, community enrichment programs, and an excellent destination for local culture.
