-To develop an environment where students and teachers become a "family", working together toward the common goal of successful learning and living (social skills).
-To build positive self concepts and encourage self motivation.
-To offer a flexible and adaptable program providing students with a wide range of educational and social experiences.
-To provide each student not only with the mastery of basic skills but also with the means of accepting aesthetic and moral values and with ample experiences designed to develop decision-making and problem-solving skills.
