My produce items hard to find or exotic (e.g. sassafras root, American plum), approximately 1/3 of the four dozen items Are Available Fresh During The Winter Months. During those times pickup is replace with a delivery system.

A great many of the products are harvested in the wild (e.g. morel mushroom, black raspberries).
