Vision Statement

The Vision Statement and Core Values helped the City staff members to establish its Mission Statement which identifies the City's role in pursuing the Vision Statement. The Mission Statement identifies the City's core reason for existence:

We will promote a safe, educated, healthy and family-oriented environment through honesty, integrity and respect. By partnering with the community, the City will provide teamwork, communication, efficiency, planning and infrastructure to facilitate future growth and development.
