Henrietta serves as the county seat for Clay County and is nestled in the rolling plains of North Central Texas. The area offers many opportunities for outdoor enthusiast including; fishing, hunting, water sports, hiking, camping, and nature photography. Clay County offers some of the best produce produce in the area. Henrietta is located on US Highway 287, 18 miles east of Wichita Falls, 100 miles northwest of Fort Worth, and 150 miles southwest of Oklahoma City.
