Civil Justice Initiative is a relatively new, Salina based organization founded for the purpose of helping individuals fight for their rights and get what they are entitled to who may be unable to do so on their own. Large corporations, even local, state, and government authorities, are left at large to take advantage of the average citizen, who is unable for one reason or another, to enforce their legal rights. This generally happens either through lack of resources, mainly money, or simply through lack of knowledge on the part of the average citizen. In addition to fighting issues of concern to the average citizen, it's our goal to provide people with the knowledge and/or assistance needed to allow them to fight for themselves.
