"The mission of the Clark County Fair Association is to successfully produce a first class fair through the active participation of our citizens. We provide a connection to the area's heritage and promote programs in agriculture, education, entertainment, the arts, commerce and recreation in a fiscally sound manner for the enrichment of our community."
