Douglas Moser is the 4th generation to till the fertile valleys of the PNW Palouse region. The Moser family immigrated from the Alps of Switzerland to to the PNWestern United States in the mid-1800's.

The Moser's were among the first producers in the United States to grow garbanzo beans, at one time in the early 1980's producing over half of the US production. With a wife and 3 children Moser dreamed of developing a method by which to pick and flash freeze a Garden Green Garbanzo bean. Although a challenging endeavor, the Moser family carried the dream to a reality in the summer of 2002. Since then they have devoted 100% of their time to bringing this wonderful new frozen product to the American tables.

Though the generations of producers, the Moser's have served the American public. We feel that this is the most enormous opportunity we have ever had as a family. It is a rare one of a kind product that is environmentally friendly. We have never once been required to use harmful insecticides in it's production. It's truly a naturally, "earth-friendly" food product. We are proud to be a part of it!
