Esther and the late Sanford Gray, owners and directors of Coker Creek Village, have been serving youth and adult groups for over 40 years. Mr. Gray lived fully the principles of good living, love of God, and love of country that helped develop strong bonds and friendships with thousands who have come to Coker Creek Village over the years, all traditions which Mrs. Gray and her family continue today.

The casual setting of Coker Creek, Tennessee provides the perfect base from which to enjoy glorious mountain scenery and explore the treasures of adventure that surround you.

Staff guides will accompany each group (except where noted) and provide all necessary instruction and equipment for an enjoyable and safe experience. Professional, high quality gear is provided.

Cameron Atchley, the Grays' grandson, is the third generation to operate Coker Creek Village, following his mother's and grandfather's leadership. Cam, as he is known to family and friends, has grown up at Coker Creek Village where he learned leadership and responsibility, and has put those lessons to work in both Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Young Life while pursuing a degree from Carson-Newman College. He exemplifies the very best of Coker Creek Village's past as well as hope and excitement for its future.
