Fresh, live crawfish is flown in the morning of the boil, along with Louisiana cajun spices. They are boiled hot the day of at the crawfish boil by someone with experience in making savory crawfish. This impressive duo of cooks have been boiling pots for over 30 years and make some of the more savory crawfish in the whole US! Thrown into the boil to mix with the creole spices are corn, potatoes, and other assorted items that go well in the mix. There are also numerous sides, desserts, and drinks available.
