Community Harvest Project are a nonprofit, volunteer farming organization based at the Brigham Hill Community Farm in North Grafton, MA and Elmwood Farm in Hopkinton, MA. All the vegetables we grow are donated to hunger relief organizations in central Massachusetts.
But our volunteers benefit, too! They include students from elementary school through college, learning about agriculture, community service, and the problem of hunger here and around the world. They also include church and civic groups, who find fellowship and a meaningful way of connecting with each other and their less fortunate neighbors.
Families and individuals volunteer, too -- it's a great way to get your hands dirty helping others!
