About Us:

Community Partnership for Families is a collaboration of neighborhood groups, faith-based organizations, schools, businesses, and public and private health agencies. To meet these needs, the partnership decided to establish family resource centers in high need areas throughout Stockton. These centers are placed where neighborhood residents can come together to get to know each other, celebrate their cultures and work on common problems.

Mission:

The mission of the Community Partnership for Families of San Joaquin is to help families strengthen their financial self-sufficiency and stabilize their family. We assist parents in building financial futures for themselves and their children, reducing their dependence on government services. In return, families give back volunteer services to the community.

Vision:

The Community Partnership for Families of San Joaquin envisions strong and resourceful families in our neighborhoods who support their children’s and their own education, health, safety and economic advancement and who contribute to their communities.
