Established in 1949, The Community Scholarship Fund is a volunteer organization dedicated to raising money to be awarded as scholarships to Pleasantville's graduating seniors. Each year, thanks to the generousity and support of community members and local businesses, we are able to award scholarships to graduating seniors who plan to continue their education at institutes of higher learning or professional training. All seniors who attend Pleasantville High School or who reside within the district are encouraged to apply. Scholarships are awarded based upon: financial need (assessed by an independent third party) community service, academic achievement and extra-curricular activities. Please join us in support of continuing the educational path of Pleasantville's high school seniors. Contact us to set up memorial scholarships or one that recognizes achievement in a particular area. No donation is too small and every donation is appreciated.
