Community Success Builders, Inc. (CSB, Inc.) is a California non-profit agency, that will serve as the lead agency and project management for the program, "Training to Employment 2015" (TTE 2015).  CSB, Inc. is the overall sponsor of the TTE 2015 Project with the objective of adding additional community partners to form a consortium of CBO’s to share in the leadership, management and success of all program activities.  CSB, Inc. works directly with agencies in a collaborative partnership serving job seekers, employers and individuals interested in changing careers and entering into the medical field. The agencies involved in this partnership will work in consortium with the TTE 2015 which has been launched under the auspices of Community Success Builders, Inc. This project will offer an opportunity for individuals to be trained in medical career occupations i.e. medical assisting, medical billing and coding, pharmacy tech, vocational nursing and surgical tech in order to become gainfully employed. Thus, this collaboration will provide a more coordinated and comprehensive job creation strategy that will reduce duplication of employment and training efforts and provide an overall improved method of service delivery in local communities.

Additional Services:

Prescreening, recruitment, test-taking training, motivational support, professional development, pre-employment counseling and referrals to extern to hire and entry level employment opportunities in the healthcare field;

Training in medical assisting, medical billing and coding, pharmacy tech and vocational nursing; 

Assistance with the medical career licensing and certification process;

Assistance with entry into the healthcare field by strategically establishing partnerships with employers;

Referral for legal assistance to program participants with criminal background issues; and,

Case notes/information to the partner regarding professional development and case management activities to include, but not limited to, pre-employment counseling, recruitment and placement dates, employment verification letters and related information, etc.
