Since 1988, the Community Supported Garden at Genesis Farm has provided an opportunity for a community of people to support a local farm. Our approximately 300 members pay a pre-determined fee for a share in the harvest, which include a huge variety of incredibly delicious vegetables and fruits.

Our farmers use biodynamic methods and do not use synthetic pesticides or fertilizers. While we welcome volunteer labor, members are not required to work on the land. Members generally come to our Gardenhouse distribution center to pick up harvested vegetables either weekly or every other week. While we do not deliver our produce, we do have self-organizing pick-up groups in NJ. Currently located in Teaneck, Montclair, Caldwell, Morristown, and Glen Rock, these groups are an excellent option for those who live at a distance

We are passionate about delicious, nutritious food, sustainable agriculture, and community. We provide generous quantities of many varieties of produce year-round, thanks to our greenhouses, root cellars, and staff of hardworking farmers. Come visit us and see for yourself how good food can be!
