Continental Country Club is more than a golf course or a swimming pool. As one of Arizona's first planned communities, Continental Country Club is a community of over 2,300 homes on almost 1,200 acres. We have lakes, greenbelts, recreational facilities, a bar and grill, banquet facilities and lounges. Our golf course has been acclaimed in the major national publication, Golf Magazine. In May 2003, Continental Country Club was honored by the Council for Exceptional Children, a national organization for teachers, researchers, and others in the field of special education, as National Employer of the Year for its work with special education students from Flagstaff Unified School District. Truly a multifaceted club, we are not only a community where families are raised, but also one where a significant number of retirees enjoy the fruits of their labor.
Additionally, our relationship with the independently operated Fairfield Flagstaff Vacation Ownership Resort brings to the club many tourists enjoying the beauty of Northern Arizona. We are a club with a proud and significant past, but most importantly, we are a club with an exciting future. Recent years have seen major improvements to the clubhouse and golf course. Most significant is the new golf irrigation system, which will ensure the golf course's viability and playability for many years to come. Additionally, there are plans for important changes to the swimming pool, improvements to the tennis courts, and expansion of the existing fitness center.
Continental is committed to treating our members, our customers and our visitors fairly. The Board of Directors and staff hope that you find this to be a great club and community.
