In early spring our baskets contain lettuce, radishes, spinach, onions, and peas. As the season progresses the baskets begin to fill up more and more. By mid-summer baskets are filled with tomatoes, beans, beets, lettuce, swiss chard, carrots, eggplant, kholrabi, cucumbers, and squash. The list is quite extensive as we are always trying new varieties.
We sell our products at our own roadside stand, at the Wooster Farmers' Market, and through a limited number of CSA shares to the local community. Our early season produce includes lettuce, spinach, radishes, peas, swiss chard, and onions. As we get further into the summer our baskets overflow with tomatoes, peppers, beans, beets, squash, corn, leeks, cauliflower, and broccoli.
For interested customers, we also offer organic eggs. We are committed to raising heritage and endangered breeds of chickens for eggs. All of our chickens are pasture-raised and fed only organic feeds- never any antibiotics or hormones. Eggs can be added to your weekly CSA order for $3.00/dz. or purchased directly off the farm.
