The Mission of CSDHH:

Unlocking barriers through awareness, accessibility, and inclusion.

This year marks 45 years of service to our community since our founding in 1975.

While rights, awareness, and access for the community we serve has increased over these 45 years, we still work every day to help make sure that the community we work with is fully included in society.

During the last year, we have been working on updating our mission statement in order to be more in-line with the programs and services we have been offering. We are excited to now unveil our new mission statement.
