What We Believe
WE believe in the Bible to be inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God. WE believe that there is one God, which operates as one, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. WE believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory. WE believe that for salvation of lost and sinful man regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential. WE believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit according to Act's 2:4, is given to believers who ask for it. WE believe that the baptism of the Holy Spirit according to Acts 2:4, is given to believers who ask for it. Our Mission
The mission of the Dale City Christian Church is to bring people together for the purpose of praising Almighty God for His grace, mercy and wonderful works towards us; to promote unity among all believers regardless of denomination, race or ethnic culture; to equip believers for service to their fellowman through a sound biblical teaching ministry; to make known the will of God to those who believe and to lead to Christ those who are not believers. We will accomplish this by maintaining a place of worship with doors open to all persons, promoting unity among people and fellowship with God through prayer and corporate worship. Teaching and meditating on the word of God as found in the Holy Scriptures, practicing unselfish love and self-denial that others may be helped and showing love toward everyone as God has shown His love to us.
Our Vision
The vision started with the message of the "Good News" of Jesus Christ, and was proclaimed and ministered to the people of the Dale City community, and then to the nation to those who were lost and bound in their sins. The vision message of Jesus Christ was cast as the vision and it was made plain to those who ran with it to see deliverance, healing, and salvation manifested through the power of Christ to live a Christian life.
The vision of God is about ministering to all people with the message of Jesus Christ, regardless of their race and culture, at this present and in the future until Jesus Christ comes for His church. The vision is to walk in the provision of blessings from God, spiritually, financially, materially, emotionally, economically and physically to advance His kingdom through faithful stewardship as a church body.
