Club Mission: "To stimulate the love of gardening, to aid in the protection of native tree, plants, and birds, to encourage civic planting and to promote interest in floral design."

The Danvers Garden club was organized in 1930 and today has a membership of 190.  In 1931 they became a member of National Garden Clubs, Inc., New England Regional District, and the Garden Club Federation of Massachusetts, Inc., Northern District.
