Beautiful Beach at back door  as you step out your door onto the beach. You can go left or right and walk for miles along the Island's secluded beach. While walking you may pick-up on the art of beachcombing. As you're strolling the beach keep a watchful eye for seashells, sand dollars and other items that wash-up on the beach. A late afternoon walk toward the west will fascinate you as the sky fills with a kaleidoscope of colors. After the first experience you will want to watch the sunset everyday thereafter. Seafood fresh from the Sea  Dauphin Island is a community where fishing, shrimping and oystering is a way of life. If you love to eat fresh seafood, you have found the perfect spot.
