DBSA Salinas @ Omni Center is a chartered chapter of the national Depression & Bipolar Support Alliance.  Our group meets every Friday at 1:00 pm.  We provide a confidential safe group setting that allows members to support each other. Groups are peer-facilitated.

Our groups are for people challenged by their mood disorders and are not for friends or family members.
