The mission of the Delphos City Schools is to provide an adaptive and challenging learning environment that meets the needs of students in an emerging global community, and prepares them for excellence in education and the workplace, while cultivating integrity, responsibility and a sustained passion for continued learning.

The Delphos City School District encompasses approximately 72 square miles in portions of Allen and Van Wert counties, including the city of Delphos. With a total enrollment of 1,104 students, the district houses two elementary schools, a middle school, and a senior high school. Hallmarks of the district include an experienced teaching staff, innovative programs, and a diversified curriculum.
