Our central goal is to equip you with information, tools and services needed to foster independence both now and well into your future.

Because maintaining independence and dignity in familiar surroundings is important to you, our services are structured to suit your specific needs whether this means care management, in-home services, home delivered meals, or any other service we provide.

Care Connection, an Area Agency on Aging, serves a 13-county area in West Central Missouri. We've also established a network of senior centers in over 24 communities. Our services are provided regardless of anyone's ability to pay. For this reason, we welcome voluntary contributions toward costs.
