We grow our herds for beef, pork, goat and lamb, using sustainable methods. We certify and document the systems of production, processing, distribution and sales assuring you that our mail order gourmet food maintains its purity beginning on the farm or in the oceans to your kitchen.

We also have a retail store and pork CSA located in Barkhamsted, CT
