Ellensburg School District is now a nationally recognized leader in the area of health and fitness. As a part of the health and fitness program, students wear a strap/sensor around the upper abdomen area. It sends a message to a receiver on the student's wrist 4x per minute to record heartbeats per minute as students at left hit the bleachers for cardio and strength.
