Our mission is to educate all students in an integrated setting where they can become responsible, literate, thinking and contributing members of a changing society.

We are committed to provide an educational program and environment that will meet individual student's academic, social, and emotional needs. All students are encouraged to reach their Potential.

Goals

...To reduce the drop-out rate to 3% or less annually.
...100% of the Elsberry R-2 School District's graduates will be placed in post-secondary training, the military, or productive occupation by the Spring of
2004.
...By the year 2004, all students will be reading at a proficient level as determined by MAP standards.
...Students in the Elsberry R-2 School District will improve by 10% overall on the MAP over a 4 year period from the base year of administration.
...To increase Parental and Community involvement in our schools.
...To provide increased and systematically planned school wide professional development.
...The Library Media Center(LMC) will increase space and resources by 25% over the next 2 years.
...The Elsberry R-2 School District will continue to improve and expand facilities to meet the needs of the district.
