ECREIA is a not for profit, educational association.  Objectives of the association are to unite landlords operating in Erie County, to promote social interaction, to make landlords an influential factor in the local community, the state, and the country, and to set and promote high standards for rental property management.

We are a component of Ohio REIA, whose mission is to develop, support and promote local real estate investor organizations while serving in the interests of the real estate investment industry through networking, education, leadership on legislative issues, and promoting professionalism and standards of excellence in our industry.

OREIA is a component of the National Real Estate Investment Association.
