The Granite State Room is open and airy, with a high ceiling and two walls of windows providing natural light. If you are new to Evergreen Fair, you will love the spacious food court seating, as well as other dining options located in the building. Clean facilities and handicap accessibility add to customer comfort.

An important part of Evergreen Fair's unique signature is the variety and exceptional quality of the pieces presented for sale. Decorative and functional works in clay represent four potters, each with their own distinct style. Fiber artists will present weaving, upscale table linens, home accessories, organic cotton children's clothing, folk art, original women's clothing and accessories. Glass craftsmen include artisans who create stained, dichroic, and lampworked glass. Bird carvings, cooking utensils, hand-carved bird houses and turned vessels showcase the talents of our woodworkers. Jewelry designs in silver, gold, precious and semi-precious stones, paper, wire, polymer clay and glass. Intricate papercuttings, whimsical paper mache', sculpture, silhouettes and botanical lamp shades are just part of this year's extensive selection. Two chefs represent the culinary arts with sweet and savory offerings: award winning pickles, jams, rubs, pastries, scones and other irresistible sweets. Instrument makers will present their exquisite pieces: harpsichords, hammer dulcimers, guitars and ukuleles.
