Originally named Faith Christian Fellowship, we began as a small ladies prayer group. The group grew and began meeting in various homes in Eureka Springs. In August, 1979, Pastor Gary L. Hayhurst came to lead the small congregation. They met in the American Legion building in downtown Eureka and also the Bank of Eureka Springs Community room. Aware of the church’s need for more space, Terry Crane allowed the church the use of his Country Shindig music theatre (which was located at the present site of McDonalds and Cornerstone Bank on Highway 62). While meeting there, the congregation purchased property on Highway 23 South and began construction of a building. The official dedication of our facility was held in May, 1985. Gary and Debbie Hayhurst ministered to this congregation and the community for over 30 years. 

Today Faith Christian Family Church continues in the building on Highway 23 South under the leadership of Pastor Gary Kruzan and his wife Pam. Pastor Gary and Pam have a passion for connecting with people. Pastor Gary graduated from Rhema Bible Training Center in 1982. He and his wife have been ministering since then. They started pastoring FCFC in July of 2014.
