The Family Medicine Center (FMC) was established to provide a source of medical care for members of our community.

FMC is also the setting for the Family Medicine Residency Program, which enables a medical school graduate to pursue additional training under the supervision of an experienced, board-certified, family physician. We provide all of the services of a private family physician's office.

Families and patients are accepted based upon medical need, as openings become available. Each family or individual is assigned to a licensed physician. Patients typically see the same doctor for one to three years while he or she is in the Family Medicine Residency Program. Our beautiful, new practice in the Medical Office Building connected to the hospital in Mishawaka is spacious and modern. In addition, our new location gives our patients access to expanded care, including laboratory, X-ray, pharmacy and a full array of other outpatient services.
