Farmington Chamber of Commerce  is organized for the purpose of advancing the commercial, industrial and civic interests of the Town of Farmington; to promote integrity in commercial usages; to acquire, preserve and distribute statistics and information of value; to discover and correct abuses; to prevent or adjust controversies; to provide for the reflection of the sentiments of civic and business communities regarding matters affecting their interests. The Chamber of Commerce in its activities shall be non-partisan, non-sectional and non-sectarian."

The Farmington Chamber of Commerce was organized as a non-profit corporation in 1963.

It is an independent organization with the purposes of promoting the proper and orderly development of home sites, commerce and industry, and of promoting the interests of residents, landowners and businessmen of the town.
