Our CSA will deliver for 20 weeks starting in June and ending in October. We strive to make CSA membership available for everyone. We know times are tough, by implementing a sliding scale, offering work share discounts and working on creating an aid fund we hope to make membership an option for everyone. Additional products can be purchased separately from the CSA share which include pastured chicken and starter plants from Gardens of Eagan. Please visit our website for more information.

An organic (certification in progress) biodynamic farm raising mixed veggies and pastured poultry in the Twin Cities Region. Produce available at farmers markets and through CSA.

We are a more traditional vegetable CSA. We offer a 20 week vegetable share and optional winter storage crop boxes. We grow 40 different vegetable crops with a over  90 varieties. A list of what we grow is available on the F.B.T. website.

In addition to vegetables we also raise a limited number of pastured broiler chickens. The chickens are for sale on a first come first serve basis when they become available. As our farm grows over the next few years we will add more diversity such as fruit, eggs, pork and beef.

When considering price and quantity, please keep in mind our CSA runs for 20 weeks and plan to expand to 22 weeks next year. These extra few weeks compared to the typical CSA really adds a lot of value
