Our Mission

Helping people find peace and purpose through relationship with Jesus Christ.

Through the Bible God has shown us that He loves us and wants us to know the joy and peace that can only come from a relationship with Him.  He tells us that the thing keeping us from enjoying a relationship with Him is sin which He defines as our actions and thoughts which are not right by His standard.

Unwilling to let us die in our sin and suffering eternal punishment in hell God sent Jesus, the second person of the Godhead, to earth to take on human body and offer the perfect sacrifice for sin by dying on the cross.  Jesus not only died for our sin, but He rose from the dead three days after His death and burial and that He lives to help us.

In order for the sacrifice of Jesus to take away our sin, we must put our faith in Him as the Son of God and our Savior.

Once we have believed in Jesus as our Savior, God begins to create a new life in us characterized by love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.

God created the church (which is the group of believing people not the building) so we could help one another grow in this new life and reach out to others who need to know the Savior.  After you have personally decided to believe in Jesus you need to be baptized and commit yourself to growing and serving in a local church.
