Mission Statement:

We support several local, regional and global missions and ministries, through the United Church of Christ Global Ministries, the Maine Conference, the York Association, and other organizations.

Members of the church have participated in Mission Trips sponsored by the York Association, such as in partnership with a sister church in Honduras and Katrina Relief efforts in Louisiana. The A.M.I.G.O.S. project provides buckets of food for children of the poor in Honduras. One Great Hour of Sharing is our annual offering for missions and relief work around the world.

We have supported Seafarers Friend, a ministry of hospitality and help to international seafarers who come into Portland, Portsmouth and Boston; and the Maine Seacoast Mission, which ministers to island and coastal communities in Downeast Maine.

We have also supported the Table of Plenty in Berwick, and the North Berwick Food Pantry at New Covenant Baptist Church. Each year we join with the other churches in North Berwick in a Community Christmas Project which distributes over 100 love boxes to local families in need.

Other local organizations which we have supported include the American Red Cross, Camp Waban, Caring Unlimited, Habitat for Humanity, Meals on Wheels, Project Graduation, and the York County Shelter.
