1859 Moved, renamed Stanley Creek Methodist Church

1892 Moved to College Street

1941 Moved to present location, 217 N. Main Street

1945 Became a station church

1955 Parsonage built on church property.

1959 Education Building Built and Sanctuary remodeled

1971 Activity Building Built

1987 Handicap Lift Entrance Built

1995 Church purchases 93 acres of land just outside Stanley on the Hickory Grove Road with plans to build a new church and relocate there. The purchase price of approximately $500,000 was paid off in three years.

1999 Development of the property begins with the construction of a walking track, soccer fields, and a baseball diamond.

2000 New parsonage purchased near Hickory Grove Road property.
