Four Frog Farm:

As a CSA member of Four Frog Farm, you share the challenges and triumphs of the farm. As members, you are the backbone of the farm; you provide funding during the early season, when crops and cash flow are minimal. As a reward, you will receive the freshest, healthiest, best-tasting food you can purchase. Also, if you purchase additional produce at the farmers' market with us, you receive 20% off your purchase.

Four Frog Farm is a 10 acre vegetable farm located east of Sacramento in the Sierra Foothills. At 1300 feet, and just one hour from Lake Tahoe, we live and farm in a beautiful, though rocky, environment...

Andrew Meyers, 26 years old, started Four Frog Farm about 4 years ago with the intention of providing local, certified organic produce to their community and neighbors in Nevada County. Now in our fourth year, we market our produce through a 100 member CSA, 5 farmers markets in the greater Nevada County Region, and also on a wholesale level to our local grocery stores.We farm over 60 types of fruits and vegetables, on our farm. Many of the varieties are heirlooms, and all of them are delicious.
