We have many exciting things happening this year at FDR.  Starting in September, our school community began a two year partnership with the Digital Promise and Verizon Foundation which will provide all students and teachers with a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 Tablet computer.  In addition to the tablet donation, Verizon is graciously donating 5 gig data plans to every student to eliminate the Digital Divide, allowing our students to have unlimited internet access outside of school.  We will document the 1:1 tablet implementation over two years and share our information for all districts across the country to use as a road map to implement 1:1 technology.
