Mission:

-To actively promote through board and staff a set of fundamental values in accordance with the high Christian standards of the YMCA.

-To purposely employ staff who best provide the role model and example for community youth, helping them establish direction and leadership for their lives.

-To provide an environment for athletic and recreational activity that is all-inclusive and non-judgmental.

-To be of service to the members of our community who, through unfortunate circumstances, can not afford a membership to the YMCA or participate in it’s programs.

-To be conscious of the history of the Franklin YMCA and to keep alive the purposed and guiding principles of it’s founders.

-To continue to provide quality programming that will ensure the successful operation of the YMCA.
