The Friendly Visitors program is headed by Meals on Wheels by Senior Outreach Services and was designed to help senior citizens all over Contra Costa County to stay independent, healthy, and happy in their own homes.  Our volunteers visit with their senior friends for one hour per week and provide companionship and a much needed connection to the outside world.  YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE in the life of a lonely senior!
