The purpose of Friends of Bellevue is to bring together residents, workers, organizations and other enthusiastic supporters of historic Bellevue. Our goal is to preserve and enhance the small town quality of life in the community through cultural enrichment, communication, activities and projects designed to foster pride and encourage positive social and economically diverse development.
