About Us:

The Friends of the Newport Branch Library meet the first Thursday of the month at the Newport Branch Library.  The meetings are open to all and begin at 4:30 p.m.

The Friends of the Newport Branch Library hold an annual Book/Bake Sale along with a Trinkets and Treasures sale to raise funds for programs, supplies and equipment for the library.  The friends also have a garden in the back of the library that they take care of.  The Friends also sponsor an annual Ice Cream Social at the library.
