100 strong, this club was founded in 1924 by Lilian Lindsey and federated in 1931.   The club meets on the second Friday of each month, usually at the First Presbyterian Church or occasionally at the extension center.  The objectives are to stimulate the knowledge and love of gardening, to aid in the protection of native plants, trees and birds and to work for the preservation of Frankfort's beauty.
