About Us
Gila Valley Clinic, PC has been providing medical care to patients in Graham and Greenlee Counties for over 20 years. Our providers and staff are committed to providing the best quality medical care to our patients. Our provider staff consists of seven providers. We have four physicians specializing in family practice and are board certified by the American Board of Family Practice, Susan J. Jones, MD, Catherine H. Romero, MD, and Shirley Rheinfelder, MD, and Gail Guerrero-Tucker, MD. In addition we have two Physicians Assistants, Sue (McTague) Jordan, PA-C, and Deborah L. (Abbott) Black, PA-C.
Our clinic provides medical care for people of all ages from birth through their adult lives, men and women. Our providers are able to diagnose and treat at least 85% of the average person's medical problems and are trained to recognize the cases that require referral to other specialists. We provide obstetrical care and deliveries with our pediatrician following the baby after birth.
Our physicians are also assistant professors for the University of Arizona, College of Medicine and are proud to provide medical students the ability to complete rural family practice or other medical rotations under the supervision of our physicians.
Gila Valley Clinic, PC is a modern facility and we are currently transitioning our patient charts into electronic medical records or computerized patient charts. Electronic medical records makes the patients chart available at all times, in the exam room, or in the hospital. This allows our providers to have your complete medical record at their fingertips quickly and more efficiently.
